Parent Area – Useful Info

We are here to help. Our reception office is open from 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 3:30pm on Friday. Please note if your call is not answered straight away it is because our reception team are either already on another call or are dealing with a visitor. If this is the case please leave a message on the answerphone or redial. We experience a high volume of calls between 8am and 9am, and 2:30pm to 3:30pm and so we would ask that non urgent calls are made outside these hours. Alternatively please send a message via My Child At School (MCAS), this is monitored continually throughout the day. If you wish to report your child as being absent please also send a message via MCAS or by email to attendance@theallsaints.net. If you would like to volunteer in school please email info@theallsaints.net.
