Hospitality & Catering Taster Day

25 year 9 and LSU students attended the H&C taster day at Doncaster Hub on 7 Nov, this involved a host of activities including food preparation, napkin folding, a tour of the Hub, non alcoholic cocktail making, and finding out about the new diploma in H&C.

It was an excellent opportunity for learning for all students who thoroughly enjoyed the day.
