Champions League Fixtures Kick Off vs Ridgewood

This years boys football kicked off last evening in earnest with four fixtures at home vs Rigewood.

Mr Warboys staked his claim for the manager of the month award with the Year 10 team recording their first victory in two years winning 3-0.  In a fairly even game, a close to full strength squad claimed the win through 2 goals from Sam Utley (the 2nd a Xabi Alonso effort from close to the half way line) and a well struck goal from some 20 yards out from Nathan Gregory.  Ryan Brewster is already looking to the future and booking his place at the final - its early days yet though with the squad needing to learn some team attacking and defending principles.
