On Saturday 26th April, staff and families from Rossington began the next project from the RA3 scheme.

"Fishy Business" is a series of activities about aquatic life, designed to challenge families to design their own aquarium, using maths, biology and technology skills. The Rossington Group is the first of any of the groups in South Yorkshire to begin this project.

On Saturday, family groups with children from feeder schools and All Saints took part in the free Grand Day Out. Families were taken to The Deep in Hull, where they were given behind the scenes information about the creatures in the aquarium. We were also able to see coral reefs, huge sawfish and fish with headlights! Fortunately, nobody drowned, or was eaten by the reef sharks, and everyone had a great time.

Evening sessions will begin on Wednesday 7th May. Families with students who attend any of the Rossington All Saints feeder schools are encouraged to come along to design and build their own model aquarium.
