Leeds University Language Conference

On Monday 10th December, twenty Year 9 language high flyers were invited to take part in a conference at Leeds University promoting languages in the world of business. The events on offer were a taster session in learning Thai, a business workshop with native French and Spanish speakers advertising a product and talks from a range of guest speakers emphasising the importance of languages at work.  

 

It was a very productive and enjoyable day for all. All participants are to receive a certificate from Leeds University. Please take a closer look at the fun we had by looking at our photos!
